Here's to New York's Finest!

This picture was taken on Nov. 11th in Times Square.  A NYC Police Officer encountered a shoeless, homeless man on the street and ducked into a shoe store, bought the man a pair of boots, and knelt down to place them on his feet.  The officer had no idea he was being photographed.  Upon being interviewed, the officer states that he keeps the $75 receipt to remind him how lucky he is.
