Welcome Christine Moreno

Mrs. Moreno has previously taught both 4th and 5th grades for Fairfax County Public Schools. Most recently, she has worked as a long-term substitute in 4th grade at Creighton's Corner Elementary. In June 2012, Mrs. Moreno was recognized as an Outstanding Substitute of the Year by Loudoun County Public Schools. While working towards her M.Ed., Mrs. Moreno completed her student teaching internship in Loudoun County Public Schools. Mrs. Moreno is a Northern Virginia native and currently lives in Aldie with her husband and two daughters. Her favorite pastime is watching her daughters' swim, play soccer and basketball, spending time with family, reading her favorite e-book and visiting the Outer Banks.  We can't wait to see Mrs. Moreno in action with our 5th graders.

Welcome Chrissie Haller

My name is Mrs. Haller. I am going into my eighth year in Loudoun County, and my first year at Creighton's Corner. My time with the county has been spent being a substitute, teacher's assistant, cheerleading coach and two years teaching fourth grade.  I hold a Bachelors of Arts in English, and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction both from George Mason University.  In my spare time, I like to scrapbook, and read mystery novels. My husband T.J. and I have two daughters named Sophie and Natalie and two cats named Chet and Gimli. We are very excited to have Ms. Haller as part of our third grade team.

Welcome Jenna Myers!

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, with minors in English, and Social Sciences. Later I completed my Master's in Instructional Technology. I have taught 5th grade for five years and was a technology specialist for one year, all in Fairfax County Public Schools. I decided to come back to teaching because I missed watching my students learn and grow each year. I am excited to incorporate technology into my classroom this year!

Outside of work I love to horseback ride, kayak, hike, and bike. I am a huge Capitals hockey fan!  I try to go to games with my husband as often as possible. I am an avid reader, so I am sure you will catch me reading this year! :)

Mrs. Myers will be an excellent addition to our 5th grade team.
